Because the security industry is highly labour intensive, we recognise that to deliver an excellent level of service through our people, we have to manage thoroughly and pro actively. We pride ourselves on the work that our management team does in ensuring our people on the ground deliver what is expected and more.

ICL Security was formed with one clear objective; to provide the best security solution for our clients. Whether this is achieved through the use of manned guarding, or technology is immaterial, as the two are seamlessly integrated within ICL. There are a large number of ways to to achieve our objective as most organisations' requirements will differ slightly. However, the basic methodology can be summed up as follows:

• Precise understanding of clients' requirements. This is achieved through close and effective communication at all stages.
• A comprehensive security plan is formulated which addresses the client's needs
• Detailed proposals are drawn up by experienced personnel who understand the clients' issues.
• The proposals are then presented with a mobilisation plan which explains time frames and necessary resources.
• Sign off is achieved.
