The ICL Team

The Directors and Senior Management of ICL have many years' experience of top level management within the security industry:

Adrian Peckham BSc FCA – Director and Company Secretary
Adrian qualified as Chartered Accountant 1988. He spent 10 years following qualification working in industry in Financial Director roles within service businesses, including contract cleaning.

He returned to private practice in 1998 and became a partner in a firm of Chartered Accountants. He has several business interests including being a shareholder and director in Install CCTV Limited, UK Business Watch Limited and ICL Security Limited.
Adrian has worked in the security businesses since 1999, and is responsible for the financial aspects of each business.

Adrian continues to give commercial business advice on a day to day basis through the accountancy practice to a wide variety of owner managed businesses.

Chris Davies – General Manager
Chris has over 16 years of senior level experience within the security manned guarding industry, at the age of 20 he was in a contracts manager position for one of the UK’s leading security providers. He was heavily involved in providing security teams for some of the UK’s major transport projects including, Manchester Airport runway 2, Birmingham Northern relief road and the Chanel tunnel rail link project through Kent. Managing teams of up to 900 security officer’s.

He later took on the role of Operations Director for a security manned guarding company playing a pivotal role in the growth and development before becoming the Managing Director, Chris went on to run his own security manned guarding company before taking up his position with ICL security Ltd. Chris has extensive operational and project management experience within the security industry and prides his success on providing the highest levels of customer service, client relationships whilst both motivating and inspiring his staff.

Gavin Gregory – IT Manager
Gavin joined ICL Security Ltd in January 2008, taking on a critical support role assisting the Operations Department and Management of the company on a day to day basis. Gavin is also responsible for the IT, CCTV Remote Monitoring Contracts and all technical aspects of the company.

Having valuable past experience developing IT solutions for the security industry, he has successfully implemented a large number of modern upgrades, effectively streamlining the operations of ICL. These projects include a custom built Incident Logging and Reporting application, and including a new Client Access Web Portal.

Gavin is normally the main point of contact for our Clients with regards their CCTV monitoring needs and he liaises with our keyholding and patrol Clients in the Surrey area.
